Holly Breton is Director of Client Sales and Service of Pharmaceutical Strategies. Ms. Breton is responsible for the overall client management and development for the organization. Prior to joining Pharmaceutical Strategies, Ms. Breton held an executive role in a worldwide staffing organization, where she was part of a management team responsible for generating $40million in revenue. More recently, Ms. Breton started and developed a well known and highly regarded HR practice for a boutique firm in the Boston area. Under her leadership, both companies experienced continued success over the last 13 years. Ms. Breton's extensive experience in the staffing industry, coupled with her energy and commitment to each individual client, will ensure that Pharmaceutical Strategies continues the growth it has been enjoying both in the local New England market and nationally.

 

ELISA CIARDIELLO, Chief Financial Officer

 

Elisa Ciardiello is Pharmaceutical Strategies’ Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for successfully integrating the financial reporting structures, business plans, budgets and management reporting of the company. She has a broad knowledge of the staffing industry, which includes having over 17 years experience and managing the financials of companies with revenues of over $120 million. Ms. Ciardiello is highly regarded by both clients and colleagues and has a reputation of providing outstanding service to clients. Her specialized knowledge streamlines resources, providing clients with a strong support system and a solid foundation, which they can trust.
